摘要? 碳捕集利用與封存(CCUS)是實(shí)現(xiàn)“雙碳”目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)路徑,。本文系統(tǒng)梳理了CCUS的發(fā)展歷程、發(fā)展趨勢(shì),,探討了雙碳目標(biāo)下CCUS的內(nèi)涵,分析了我國(guó)CCUS產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及發(fā)展策略。我國(guó)已形成CCUS全流程技術(shù)體系,,建成了首個(gè)百萬(wàn)噸級(jí)齊魯石化—?jiǎng)倮吞锒趸疾都斔万?qū)油封存全流程示范工程,CCUS進(jìn)入規(guī)?;瘧?yīng)用階段,。CCUS具有較長(zhǎng)的創(chuàng)新鏈和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,其產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展要加強(qiáng)全技術(shù)鏈創(chuàng)新,,特別是低濃度排放源捕集技術(shù)和利用關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研發(fā),,加快源匯優(yōu)化的驅(qū)油封存中心建設(shè),推進(jìn)CCUS與傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè),、新興產(chǎn)業(yè)融合,,構(gòu)建低碳、零碳產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,,形成配套CCUS方法學(xué),。

Abstract

Carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) is a key technological path to achieve the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" goals. This article reviews the development history and trends of CCUS, discusses the connotation of CCUS, and analyzes the challenges and development strategies of CCUS industrialization development in China. The full process technology is in place. The first million tonne Qilu Petrochemical-Shengli Oil Field full process demonstration project of carbon capture, transportation, oil displacement and storage was built, and CCUS has entered the stage of large-scale application. CCUS has a long innovation and industrial chain, and its industrial development needs to strengthen the innovation of all the entire technology chain, especially low concentration emission source capture technology and utilization technology, accelerate the construction of oil displacement and storage centers for source sink optimization, promote the integration of CCUS with traditional and emerging industries, build a low-carbon and zero carbon industrial chain, and establish CCUS methodology.
