某煉油污水處理系統(tǒng)運行分析,、評價及達(dá)標(biāo)建議

摘要? 《石油煉制工業(yè)污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB31570-2015)的實施,,對煉油企業(yè)污水排放提出了更嚴(yán)格的要求,煉 油企業(yè)面臨污染物穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo)排放的嚴(yán)峻形勢,。本文對西部某煉油企業(yè)污水生化處理系統(tǒng)宏觀水質(zhì)進行評價,,綜 合分析了新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實施前 307 天進、出水水質(zhì)特性并與新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進行了對標(biāo)分析,,表明污水處理系統(tǒng)運行存在水質(zhì) 波動大,,生化系統(tǒng)出水CODCr、氨氮和石油類都有超標(biāo)風(fēng)險,,尤其是系統(tǒng)的氨氮超標(biāo)率較高,,生化系統(tǒng)的硝化 效果較差等問題。因此需要強化上游生產(chǎn)裝置排水的預(yù)處理和隔油,、氣浮裝置的運行管理,。出水水質(zhì)的對標(biāo)分 析表明除苯之外的大部分溶解性有機物和重金屬可以達(dá)到新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,,因此需要強化苯系物的去除,日常運營 中還需加強總氮的監(jiān)測,,強化污水處理系統(tǒng)上游氣浮和隔油池的運行,。綜上所述,在新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實施條件下,,該煉 油企業(yè)需要強化煉油系統(tǒng)點源污水的治理,,減輕其對生化系統(tǒng)的沖擊,還需對生化工藝的硝化和反硝化效果進 行強化,,以期實現(xiàn)石油類,、CODCr、氨氮和總氮等各類污染物的穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo),,同時需要進一步監(jiān)測總氮的達(dá)標(biāo)情 況,。

Abstract

Due to the implementation of the new wastewater discharge standard for oil-refining industry (GB31570-2015), the    performance of the activated sludge system was comprehensively investigated at the wastewater treatment plant in an oil refinery in western China. By monitoring the water quality for 307 days, the influent fluctuated substantially and the COD Cr, ammonia, nitrogen and petroleum in the effluent posed risks of exceeding the limits in the standard. The comparison of the effluent with the standard indicated that all the indexes except for benzene and petroleum met the standard (GB31570-2015). It is necessary to strengthen the pretreatment of the point-sources of wastewater and enhance the nitrification effect of the activated sludge process. Attention should also be paid to the removal of benzene.
