摘要? 成品油管道系統(tǒng)能否經(jīng)濟(jì),、高效地運(yùn)行,關(guān)鍵在于運(yùn)營單位編制與執(zhí)行調(diào)度計(jì)劃的水平,。由于成品油管道是一個復(fù)雜的密閉水力系統(tǒng),,僅約束流量難以保證管道總體運(yùn)行達(dá)到最優(yōu)。當(dāng)前,,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者針對成品油管道調(diào)度優(yōu)化問題展開大量的研究,,但少有研究將水力約束耦合在內(nèi)。本文以調(diào)度周期內(nèi)體積總偏差最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),,綜合考慮了注入,、分輸、泵站,、批次運(yùn)移,、水力等約束,建立了連續(xù)時(shí)間的混合整數(shù)非線性規(guī)劃(MINLP)模型,,并將其分解成整數(shù)規(guī)劃(IP)問題及混合整數(shù)線性規(guī)劃(MILP)問題求解,。而后,利用提出的優(yōu)化模型求解出某條成品油管道的具體優(yōu)化調(diào)度方案和啟泵方案,。調(diào)度周期為179.7 h,,計(jì)算時(shí)間180.32 s。調(diào)度計(jì)劃滿足現(xiàn)場需求,,結(jié)果表明模型實(shí)用,、高效,。

Abstract

  The economic and efficient operation of multi-product pipelines is crucially determined by preparing and implementing scheduling plans in operating units. Considering the multi-product pipeline is a complicated closed hydraulic system, the flowrate constraints alone cannot guarantee the optimization for overall pipeline operation. At present, domestic and foreign scholars are undertaking a lot of research into scheduling optimization for multi-product pipelines while mostly neglecting hydraulic constraints. In this paper, an objective function is established to minimize the total volume deviation in scheduling periods, comprehensively considering the injection, delivery, pump stations, batch migration and hydraulic constraints. A continuous-time mixed integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) model is put forward and solved by decomposing the model into integer programming (IP) and mixed integer linear programming (MILP) issues. Moreover, the proposed optimization model is put into practice for a real-world multi-product pipeline and works out the detailed optimal scheduling plan and pumping plan accordingly. Results show that the scheduling period is 179.7 hours and the calculation time is 180.32 seconds. The scheduling plan can be compliant with field requirements, which indicates the efficiency and reliability of the model.
