一,、會(huì)議簡(jiǎn)介/ Conference Introduction：
能源轉(zhuǎn)型作為一場(chǎng)系統(tǒng)性革命,，不僅要求能源體系自身實(shí)現(xiàn)清潔、低碳,、安全,、高效，還需以減碳為引領(lǐng),，推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展全面綠色轉(zhuǎn)型，協(xié)同控制多污染物與溫室氣體排放,，改善公平福祉,，并促進(jìn)區(qū)域協(xié)作治理等多目標(biāo)并行。受政治制度,、氣候政策、全球經(jīng)濟(jì)趨勢(shì),、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,、國(guó)際合作和公眾情緒等多種因素影響,，能源轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程具有高度復(fù)雜性。既有能源體系的演變重構(gòu),，不可避免地在短期內(nèi)催生諸多不確定因素,，由此引發(fā)多維度、跨系統(tǒng)的潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn),。
為深化相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)術(shù)交流,，中國(guó)石油大學(xué)（北京）聯(lián)合高等教育出版社、中國(guó)工程院戰(zhàn)略咨詢中心,，發(fā)起國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議Engineering Conference on Energy Transition’s Technology Pathways, Risks and Equity,，茲定于2025年5月17日至5月18日在北京召開。
誠(chéng)摯邀請(qǐng)您撥冗出席,，共同探討能源轉(zhuǎn)型相關(guān)議題,，為推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展全面綠色轉(zhuǎn)型、實(shí)現(xiàn)“雙碳”目標(biāo)貢獻(xiàn)智慧與力量,。
Energy transition, as a systemic revolution, requires not only the energy system itself to become clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient, but also demands leveraging energy decarbonization to drive a comprehensive green transformation in socio-economic development, coordinate the reduction of multiple pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions, enhance equitable welfare, and achieve coordinated regional governance across multiple objectives. The energy transition process is highly complex, influenced by various factors such as political institutions, climate policies, global economic trends, technological innovation, international cooperation, and public sentiment. The evolution and restructuring of existing energy systems inevitably introduce numerous uncertainties in the short term, thereby creating potential risks that are multidimensional and cross-systemic.
China University of Petroleum, Beijing (CUPB), in collaboration with Higher Education Press and the Strategic Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, is organizing the International Academic Conference on Energy Transition’s Technology Pathways, Risks and Equity, scheduled to take place in Beijing from May 17 to 18, 2025. The conference aims to deepen academic exchanges in relevant fields.
We sincerely invite you to attend and participate in discussions on critical issues related to the energy transition, contributing your insights and expertise to promote the comprehensive green transformation of socio-economic development and achieve China's "dual carbon" goals.
