摘要? 能源是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ),,為實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,,需將綠色清潔理念踐行于能源發(fā)展全過(guò)程。在建設(shè)多元清潔能源供應(yīng)體系的過(guò)程中,,發(fā)展“低碳,、零碳、負(fù)碳”技術(shù)是提高能源供給質(zhì)量的有效舉措,?!暗吞肌蹦繕?biāo)是從源頭減少碳排放,其關(guān)注重點(diǎn)為高能耗的化石能源產(chǎn)業(yè),;“零碳”技術(shù)主要針對(duì)氫能,、生物質(zhì)能等可再生能源的開發(fā)和利用,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)能源的完全替代,;“負(fù)碳”技術(shù)的內(nèi)涵為捕獲和轉(zhuǎn)化利用二氧化碳,,是最有望實(shí)現(xiàn)碳排放斷崖式下降的技術(shù)。本文針對(duì)目前傳統(tǒng)和新能源交織發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)能源生產(chǎn)技術(shù)從降低能耗,、減少污染排放以及資源深度開發(fā)利用3 個(gè)方面進(jìn)行總結(jié),對(duì)“零碳”和“負(fù)碳”技術(shù)則主要從催化科學(xué)及技術(shù)層面進(jìn)行綜述,,以期為構(gòu)建“零碳未來(lái)城”提供參考,。

Abstract

Energy is an important foundation for national economy and social development, and it is necessary to run the concept of greening and cleaning throughout the whole process of energy production to achieve sustainable development. In the process of building a diversified clean energy supply system, it is an effective measure to improve the quality of energy supply through developing “l(fā)ow-carbon, zero-carbon and carbon-negative” technologies. The “l(fā)ow-carbon” goal is to reduce carbon emissions at source, focusing on the energy-intensive fossil energy industry; the “zero carbon” technology mainly targets the effective utilization of renewable energy such as hydrogen energy and biomass energy, achieving a complete replacement of traditional energy; and the “carbon negative” technology connotation is the capture and conversion of carbon dioxide, aiming at achieving a cliff-like decline in carbon emissions. Therefore, in view of the current situation of intertwined development of conventional and new energies, this paper overviews the following three aspects: lowering of energy consumption, reduction of pollution emissions and in-depth development and utilization of resources. As for the “zero carbon” and “carbon negative” technologies, this paper mainly overviews from the aspects of catalysis science and technology, aiming to provide guidelines for the construction of a “zero-carbon future city”.
