摘要? 《石油煉制工業(yè)污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB31570-2015)的實(shí)施,,對(duì)煉油企業(yè)污水排放提出了更嚴(yán)格的要求,煉 油企業(yè)面臨污染物穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo)排放的嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì),。本文對(duì)西部某煉油企業(yè)污水生化處理系統(tǒng)宏觀水質(zhì)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),,綜 合分析了新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施前 307 天進(jìn)、出水水質(zhì)特性并與新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了對(duì)標(biāo)分析,,表明污水處理系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行存在水質(zhì) 波動(dòng)大,,生化系統(tǒng)出水CODCr、氨氮和石油類(lèi)都有超標(biāo)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),,尤其是系統(tǒng)的氨氮超標(biāo)率較高,,生化系統(tǒng)的硝化 效果較差等問(wèn)題。因此需要強(qiáng)化上游生產(chǎn)裝置排水的預(yù)處理和隔油,、氣浮裝置的運(yùn)行管理,。出水水質(zhì)的對(duì)標(biāo)分 析表明除苯之外的大部分溶解性有機(jī)物和重金屬可以達(dá)到新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,因此需要強(qiáng)化苯系物的去除,,日常運(yùn)營(yíng) 中還需加強(qiáng)總氮的監(jiān)測(cè),,強(qiáng)化污水處理系統(tǒng)上游氣浮和隔油池的運(yùn)行。綜上所述,,在新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施條件下,,該煉 油企業(yè)需要強(qiáng)化煉油系統(tǒng)點(diǎn)源污水的治理,減輕其對(duì)生化系統(tǒng)的沖擊,,還需對(duì)生化工藝的硝化和反硝化效果進(jìn) 行強(qiáng)化,,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)石油類(lèi),、CODCr、氨氮和總氮等各類(lèi)污染物的穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo),,同時(shí)需要進(jìn)一步監(jiān)測(cè)總氮的達(dá)標(biāo)情 況,。

Abstract

Due to the implementation of the new wastewater discharge standard for oil-refining industry (GB31570-2015), the    performance of the activated sludge system was comprehensively investigated at the wastewater treatment plant in an oil refinery in western China. By monitoring the water quality for 307 days, the influent fluctuated substantially and the COD Cr, ammonia, nitrogen and petroleum in the effluent posed risks of exceeding the limits in the standard. The comparison of the effluent with the standard indicated that all the indexes except for benzene and petroleum met the standard (GB31570-2015). It is necessary to strengthen the pretreatment of the point-sources of wastewater and enhance the nitrification effect of the activated sludge process. Attention should also be paid to the removal of benzene.
