摘要? 天然氣管道系統(tǒng)的仿真是利用管道流體所遵循的偏微分方程組通過數(shù)值解法求解,時(shí)間和空間上的劃分精細(xì)程度,對(duì)仿真結(jié)果有很大的影響,。本文提出采用狀態(tài)方程這種在控制理論中常用的模型,,對(duì)管道水力特性進(jìn)行建模分析。該模型是一種集總參數(shù)模型,,在建模過程中進(jìn)行了一定的近似和線性化處理,,所以需要對(duì)模型的適用性進(jìn)行分析。選取管段長(zhǎng)度是建模時(shí)需要考慮的重要因素,,選取管段長(zhǎng)度過短,,會(huì)導(dǎo)致整體模型模塊過多,建模復(fù)雜,;而長(zhǎng)度過長(zhǎng)則會(huì)導(dǎo)致模型失真,。本文以管徑為1016mm的天然氣管道為例,在管道流動(dòng)基本方程的基礎(chǔ)上,,推導(dǎo)管道的狀態(tài)方程表達(dá)式,。通過狀態(tài)空間模型與商業(yè)軟件仿真的對(duì)比分析,從模型的適用性和魯棒性兩方面,,說明了本文提出的狀態(tài)空間模型能夠較好的描述1016 管徑下管道流動(dòng)特性,從而為天然氣管道的控制分析打下模型基礎(chǔ),。

Abstract

The simulation of natural gas pipeline systems is based on the partial differential equations describing the pipeline fluids. The division of time and space has a great influence on the results of the numerical method adopted in the simulation. In this paper, the state equation is used to model and analyze the hydraulic characteristics of pipelines. The model is a lumped parameter model that is a common model in control theory. The modeling process includes approximation and linearization, so the applicability of the model needs to be analyzed. Pipe length selection is an important factor in modeling. Short pipe divisions will lead to too many modules and complex modeling of the whole pipeline, while long pipe divisions will lead to model distortion.Taking 1016 mm diameter natural gas pipeline as an example, the state space equation is deduced based on the basic equation of pipeline flow. Through comparative analysis of the state space model and commercial software simulation, the applicability and robustness of the model show that the proposed state space model can better describe the flow characteristics of 1016mm diameter pipelines. Thus, the state space model can be used in the control analysis of natural gas pipelines.
