摘要? 為了提高傳統(tǒng)重油加工污水處理廠氮污染物的去除效率,,實(shí)現(xiàn)碳,、氮污染物的協(xié)同脫除,,本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)場生化裝置運(yùn)行參數(shù)和前期研究成果,構(gòu)建了兩段進(jìn)水 A/O工藝中試實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置和運(yùn)行參數(shù),。側(cè)線實(shí)驗(yàn)在一個(gè)重油加工污水處理廠開展,,以水解酸化單元出水為處理對象??刂乒に嚄l件:分段進(jìn)水比例為 7:3,、外循環(huán)回流比 1、溶解氧濃度 (缺氧區(qū) 0.1~0.4 mg/L,,好氧區(qū) 3.5~4.5 mg/L),,重點(diǎn)考察第 1段A/O內(nèi)循環(huán)回流比R值、第 2段 A/O反硝化段外加碳源 (葡萄糖 ) 量對裝置氮污染物去除效果的影響,。研究結(jié)果表明,,適當(dāng)增加內(nèi)循環(huán)回流比和碳源投加量,可以明顯提高兩段 A/O工藝的總氮去除能力,并且不會(huì)降低有機(jī)污染物的去除效果,。研究確定,,最佳內(nèi)循環(huán)回流比 R值為 0.5,碳源投加量為 30 mg/L,。在此條件下,總氮去除率可達(dá) 84.7%,,出水總氮質(zhì)量濃度可以控制在 10 mg/L以下,,實(shí)現(xiàn)了重油加工污水深度脫氮。

Abstract

In order to improve the removal efficiency of nitrogen pollutants in traditional heavy oil processing waste water treatment plants and achieve synergistic removal of carbon and nitrogen pollutants, based on the operation parameters of the biochemical device on site and the previous research results, a pilot test device and operation parameters in a two-step-feeding anoxic/oxic (A/O) process was constructed in this paper. The side-line experiment was carried out in a heavy oil processing wastewater treatment plant with the effluent of the hydrolysis acidification unit as the treatment target. Control process conditions, the ratio of step-feed influent water is 7:3, the reflux ratio of external circulation is 1, dissolved oxygen concentration (0.1~0.4 mg/L in the anoxic zone, 3.5~4.5 mg/L in the aerobic zone), pay more attention to the effects of the reflux ratio R of internal circulation of the first-stage A/O and the amount of additional carbon source (glucose) in the denitrification stage of the second-stage A/O on the removal efficiency of nitrogen pollutants. The results show that a proper increase of the reflux ratio in internal circulation and the carbon source addition can significantly improve the total nitrogen removal capacity of the two-step-feeding A/O process and will not reduce the removal efficiency of organic pollutants. The optimum reflux ratio R value of internal recycling is 0.5, and carbon source addition is 30 mg/L, under which the removal rate of total nitrogen can reach 84.7%, and the total nitrogen mass concentration of effluent can be controlled below 10 mg/L, thus realizing the deep denitrification of heavy oil processing wastewater.
