摘要? 普光天然氣凈化廠濕法成型硫磺在儲(chǔ)運(yùn)過(guò)程中發(fā)生多起摩擦起火事故,。為研究其著火機(jī)理及防控措施,, 設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)出了可以再現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)摩擦起火現(xiàn)象的試驗(yàn)機(jī),并開(kāi)展了硫磺摩擦著火試驗(yàn),。試驗(yàn)研究了載荷,、硫磺含水 量、配對(duì)摩擦副材料對(duì)硫磺摩擦著火的影響,。使用 SEM-EDS 和 XRD 對(duì)摩擦后的試樣及摩擦產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了分析,。 通過(guò)試驗(yàn)及理論分析得出:高載情況下硫磺著火的主要原因是摩擦生熱導(dǎo)致的高溫引燃硫磺;較低載荷下硫磺 著火的主要原因是摩擦過(guò)程中生成的硫鐵化合物自燃引燃硫磺,;在所設(shè)置含水量范圍內(nèi)硫磺含水量為 20% 時(shí)硫 磺最易摩擦著火,;在所選用的配對(duì)摩擦副材料中 Q235-Q235 最不容易著火。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際狀 況提出了硫磺儲(chǔ)運(yùn)系統(tǒng)摩擦著火事故的安全防控措施,,并在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用。

Abstract

It is common to see friction induced fire accidents during the storage and transportation of wet granulation sulfur. To study the sulfur ignition mechanism, a new test apparatus was designed and developed to reproduce the friction phenomena at laboratory scale. Tests have been performed under different loads, water contents and materials. After SEM-EDS and XRD examination, the analysis of friction products uncovered the sulfur ignition mechanism. When the normal load was large, heat caused by friction increased the environment temperature. When the temperature reached the spontaneous combustion point of sulfur, fire occurred. Under a low normal load, combustible iron sulfide was produced during long time friction, and the sulfur was ignited by the spontaneous combustion of iron sulfide. When the water content is 20%, sulfur friction ignition is most likely to occur. In the selected pairs of friction materials, the mild steel pair Q235~Q235 is the most difficult to ignite. In light of the test results and the actual situation on site, safety measures preventing friction ignition accidents during the storage and transportation of wet granulation sulfur are proposed and applied in the field.
