摘要? 在中國(guó)能源供需矛盾、結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾突出的情況下,,如何提高煉油企業(yè)的能源效率成了亟待解決的問(wèn)題,;為了促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、能源與環(huán)境的可持續(xù)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,,提高能源利用效率有著極為重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,。為此,本文在分析影響煉油企業(yè)能源效率因素的基礎(chǔ)上,,構(gòu)建了煉油企業(yè)能源效率評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,,并運(yùn)用組合賦權(quán)法確定各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的最終權(quán)重,進(jìn)而建立了基于灰色關(guān)聯(lián)TOPSIS的煉油企業(yè)能源效率評(píng)價(jià)方法,。同時(shí)運(yùn)用8家煉油企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù),,對(duì)煉油企業(yè)的能源利用效率評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行有效性檢驗(yàn)。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,,該指標(biāo)體系能夠客觀,、有效地反映出煉油企業(yè)能源效率水平,可廣泛用于評(píng)估煉油企業(yè)能源效率水平,。

Abstract

  How to improve the energy efficiency of refineries has become an urgent issue to be solved as demand for refined products increases. It is very important to improve the energy efficiency in order to promote the sustainable and coordinated development of the economy, energy and environment. Based on the analysis of the factors that influence the energy efficiency of oil refineries, this paper constructs an index system of energy efficiency evaluation of oil refineries, and uses the combination weighting method to determine the final weights of the indexes. Then, an energy efficiency evaluation method for refinery enterprises based on grey correlation technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) are established. At the same time, using the production data of eight refineries, the efficiency evaluation system of the oil refinery is tested. The empirical results show that the index system can objectively and effectively reflect the energy efficiency of refineries, and can be widely used to evaluate the energy efficiency of refineries.
