摘要? 介孔分子篩材料含有豐富的介孔,它不僅具備微孔分子篩良好的熱穩(wěn)定性和水熱穩(wěn)定性,、優(yōu)異的選擇性和活性,而且由于介孔的引入改善了其對(duì)大分子的吸附和擴(kuò)散性能,成為多孔催化材料研究領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)。合理地調(diào)節(jié)孔道結(jié)構(gòu)與表面酸性,,成為提高分子篩反應(yīng)效率,、延長其使用壽命的有效途徑,。本文從介孔分子篩材料的合成方法角度,,重點(diǎn)概述了介孔Y型分子篩以及介孔ZSM-5 分子篩制備方法的研究現(xiàn)狀。

Abstract

  Mesoporous zeolitic materials, which are defined as the crystalline zeolite materials containing a large amount of mesopores, have become an important topic in the field of porous catalyst materials. That is because they not only have high heat and hydrothermal stability, significant shape selectivity and high activity, but also improve the a sorption and diffusion of large molecules due to the presence of mesopores. Appropriately adjusting the structure of the pores and surface acidity becomes an effective way to improve the reaction efficiency and prolong the working lifetime of ZSM-5 zeolite. In this paper the research status of methods of synthesizing mesoporous Y and ZSM-5 zeolites is presented.
