Notice for new semester(Sep.2018) reporting and registration for all the student
1.New students should report to the university on the specified date on their admission letters (2018/8/26- 2018/8/28) with the admission notice and passport and related materials, and finish all registration procedures before 2018/09/01
If you are unable to enter the school for any reason, you should ask for leave from the College of International Education,please send Email to ([email protected]). Undergraduate leave must be no more than two weeks, and the postgraduate leave must not exceed one week. If you fail to report on time and fail to apply for leave or the leave is overdue, you will be deemed to have forfeit your admission to the university unless this is due to circumstances out of your control like war or other natural disasters.
2. For Current students, except for circumstances out of your control like war or other natural disasters. Please return to school to register on September 1st-2nd.Students who fail to return to school, will be dealt with according to relevant provisions of the “China University of Petroleum (Beijing) Undergraduate Credit System Management Regulations and the “Administrative Measures for Postgraduate Student Status”,the College of International Education will make a record in the student's file, and this will also be considered during the various scholarship reviews and annual evaluation of excellent students, and financial penalties will be imposed where it is deemed appropriate.
