Oil and gas well mechanics and control engineering: oil and gas well engineering theory and technology, petroleum tool development, petroleum engineering application software research and development.
Offshore oil and gas engineering: marine drilling and completion engineering, mechanical characteristics and safety and reliability of offshore petroleum structures such as oil platforms, oil structure pipes, and underwater wellheads, as well as prediction of shallow geological disasters on the seabed.
