主講人簡(jiǎn)介：Giovanni Paccaloni
2005年SPE全球主席，現(xiàn)任意大利Paccaloni國(guó)際能源公司能源顧問(wèn),。碩士畢業(yè)于意大利博洛尼亞大學(xué)工業(yè)化學(xué)專業(yè),，1971年進(jìn)入意大利能源巨頭——意大利國(guó)家能源公司（ENI），擔(dān)任技術(shù)顧問(wèn),，并在世界各地領(lǐng)導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)活動(dòng),。他曾擔(dān)任生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化技術(shù)部門(mén)經(jīng)理，勘探開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副總裁,，鉆井生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化部門(mén)副總裁以及科研發(fā)展計(jì)劃副總裁等等,。1986年成為SPE會(huì)員，1995-1999年任歐洲,、非洲區(qū)的區(qū)域理事,；2000年獲SPE優(yōu)秀會(huì)員；多項(xiàng)專利獲得者：MAPDIR基質(zhì)增產(chǎn)技術(shù)等,；多次在JPT、SPEPE等核心期刊上發(fā)表文章,。2005年起擔(dān)任東北石油大學(xué)和西安石油大學(xué)榮譽(yù)教授,。
演講內(nèi)容摘要：
This workshop investigates the roots of the huge amount of energy required to sustain the hard, yet highly rewarding journey toward excellence. No one organization can reach consistent high levels of excellence, unless a critical mass of its students or employees does: the path to excellence is personal, before being collective; it implies personal choice, and a clear commitment to approach life as a creative work, rather than as a sequel of reactive responses to external solicitations.
The workshop is thought to be very interactive, with direct involvement of participants in "out of the box" thinking and brainstorming.
Attendees will share views on the sources, the rewards and the outcomes of Intrinsic Motivation, as the main driver to creativity, personal mastery, engagement and extraordinary performance.
