教育及工作經(jīng)歷：1999年畢業(yè)于大慶石油學院應用地球物理專業(yè),，1999.07-2002.02在中石油東方地球物理公司(BGP)工作，2008年于中國石油大學（北京）地質(zhì)資源與地質(zhì)工程專業(yè)獲博士學位,；2007.07-2008.06在英國帝國理工大學油藏地球物理中心訪問學習,，2009.03-2010.06在英國聯(lián)邦地質(zhì)調(diào)查局（BGS）工作；2010年入職中國石油大學（北京）,，2019年晉升研究員,，2020年平轉(zhuǎn)教授。
研究方向：（1）地震各向異性（2）儲層預測及流體檢測（3）多波地震勘探（4）地震數(shù)據(jù)處理（5）智能物探數(shù)據(jù)處理與反演（6）CCUS地震監(jiān)測與評價
教學工作：先后承擔本科生《C語言程序設(shè)計（勘查）》,、《地球物理勘探》及《地球物理勘探野外實習》課程,，研究生《地震各向異性》、《儲層地球物理》課程的教學任務(wù),。
科研工作：主持,、參與完成國家油氣重大專項、國家自然科學基金,、省部級創(chuàng)新基金及中石油,、中石化科技攻關(guān)項目多項。發(fā)表學術(shù)論文60余篇,，其中SCI,、EI收錄30余篇,；獲國家發(fā)明專利12件；獲省部級一等獎2項和二等獎3項,。
職務(wù)：CNPC物探重點實驗室副主任,，中國地球物理學會會員、SEG會員及EAGE會員,，兼任國內(nèi)外多個學術(shù)期刊審稿人,。
