教育經(jīng)歷
劉明明，男,，1987年12月出生，副教授,，山東省臨沂市人。2009年6月獲得中國(guó)石油大學(xué)（北京）工商管理學(xué)院信息管理與信息系統(tǒng)專業(yè)管理學(xué)學(xué)士和石油工程學(xué)院石油工程專業(yè)工學(xué)學(xué)士雙學(xué)位,；2009年9月進(jìn)入中國(guó)石油大學(xué)（北京）工商管理學(xué)院管理科學(xué)與工程專業(yè),，次年獲得直攻石油工程管理專業(yè)博士學(xué)位研究生資格；期間,，于2012年9月-2013年9月獲國(guó)家留學(xué)基金委資助,，在美國(guó)路易斯安那州立大學(xué)能源研究中心訪問一年。2014年6月,，獲得石油工程管理工學(xué)博士學(xué)位,。

科研經(jīng)歷
先后參與國(guó)家科技重大專項(xiàng)子課題,、教育部哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)研究重大課題攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目等多個(gè)課題,，長(zhǎng)期從事深海油氣投資、財(cái)稅制度方面的研究,，并發(fā)表多篇文章。
Mingming Liu is an assistant professor at the Academy of Chinese Energy Strategy. His primary research interest covers the oil, gas industry and is related to fiscal system analysis and modeling, deepwater oil and gas project investment and evaluating, risk management.
Dr. Liu received his doctorate in Petroleum Engineering Management from China University of Petroleum (Beijing), from which he also holds a BM in information management and information system and a BE in petroleum engineering. As a visiting scholar, he once worked at Center for Energy Studies, Louisiana State University and conducted research on deepwater decommissioning.

2,、“關(guān)于振華石油不同合同模式下效益最大化的研究”（2013.10至今）：振華石油控股有限公司委托,，負(fù)責(zé)振華石油公司項(xiàng)目財(cái)稅制度模型構(gòu)建、經(jīng)營(yíng)策略問題分析研究,；
3,、“非常規(guī)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)方法研究”（2014.06至今）：中國(guó)石油天然氣勘探開發(fā)公司課題，負(fù)責(zé)非常規(guī)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)模型構(gòu)建及應(yīng)用,；
4,、“我國(guó)深海石油發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)稅收政策研究”（2013.10-2014.03）：中海石油有限公司委托，負(fù)責(zé)財(cái)稅模型構(gòu)建,、稅費(fèi)制度對(duì)比,；
5,、教育部哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)研究重大課題攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目“中國(guó)與全球油氣資源重點(diǎn)區(qū)域合作研究”（2010.1-2012.12）：參與中國(guó)海外油氣投資區(qū)域選擇決定因素的研究，以及國(guó)有化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的分析,。
6,、國(guó)家重大專項(xiàng)“大型油氣田及煤層氣開發(fā)”子課題“西非及亞太地區(qū)海上典型油氣田的區(qū)域投資及經(jīng)濟(jì)模型研究”（2008.1-2010.12）：負(fù)責(zé)投資數(shù)據(jù)庫的構(gòu)建，并參與財(cái)稅條款對(duì)比部分研究,。
7,、教育部人文社會(huì)科學(xué)研究規(guī)劃基金項(xiàng)目“跨國(guó)石油投資與并購”（2008.9-2010.12）：參與跨國(guó)石油投資環(huán)境評(píng)估及其應(yīng)用、國(guó)際石油財(cái)稅協(xié)議分析研究,。
8,、“CNODC海外資產(chǎn)價(jià)值管理”（2008.5-2008.12）：中國(guó)石油天然氣勘探開發(fā)公司課題，參與“CNODC項(xiàng)目綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估與排序”,，利用VBA實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)分級(jí),，參與整個(gè)評(píng)估與排序流程。
